- Express diagnostic: name, email address, company (optional), as well as your answers to the questionnaire and the associated maturity score.

- IP address and browser type (user agent), for security and audience-measurement purposes.
- Anonymised browsing data (funnel steps, interactions) to improve the site.

4. Retention period
